Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for administering Salesforce and enterprise-wide systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain core enterprise-wide systems, including updates, enhancements, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security
• Recommend and implement solutions that balance user and business needs with technical solutions
• Develop and implement Salesforce information management and systems interfaces based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in progressively responsible roles
• Understanding of Salesforce declarative concepts, including data models and relationship structures
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations and working with cross-functional teams is preferred
