Dynatrace Systems Monitoring Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynatrace Systems Monitoring Engineer to support a health insurance customer remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring using Dynatrace and other tools to identify and assess system performance issues
• Support a 24/7 monitoring service and facilitate IT responses to system problems
• Develop documentation for processes and analyze events to improve service efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or 7+ years in NOC/TOC roles without a degree
• 3+ years of IT experience with performance monitoring tools
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Dynatrace monitoring
• 2+ years in an Incident Management or Event Monitoring role within a command center
• Knowledge of system and network infrastructures and strong analytical skills
