EDI Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Support Manager to lead a team in managing electronic data interchange operations within a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of EDI support specialists
• Oversee the end-to-end EDI function, including mapping, testing, deployment, and support
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding EDI inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI, focusing on integrations and support within logistics or supply chain
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience with EDI mapping, translation, and integration with ERP systems
