Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Control Operator (Staff Wage) to remotely monitor and manage critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct, guide, and train Systems Control Assistants in Control Center operations
• Work independently while escalating critical issues or system malfunctions to the supervisor
• Receive and prioritize work requests, dispatch responders, and maintain accurate reports of shift activities

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical systems
• No specific licensure required
