Key Responsibilities

• Drive cultural initiatives and internal communications to enhance employee engagement and alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director position
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Experience in SaaS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
