Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations/Call Center).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Develop recruiting strategies and build relationships with stakeholders to influence hiring outcomes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage the offer/acceptance process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School education or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
  • Two years of experience recruiting high volume call center/customer service roles
  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and experience with ATS or HR/Recruiting systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
