Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a proven track record in client relationship management
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 35-45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in internet navigation, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
• Open to coaching feedback and adaptable to a structured virtual call center environment
