Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive operational efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily Sales Operations tasks, including Salesforce data management and reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to key GTM initiatives and support cross-functional projects to improve workflows
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong command of Salesforce; experience with tools like Ironclad, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including approvals and billing
  • Self-starter with a commitment to process improvement and effective prioritization
