Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment tools to source and pre-qualify candidates for priority positions
• Screen resumes and conduct HR phone interviews
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably in the SaaS sector
• Proven track record in candidate selection best practices
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting passive talent
• Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools
• Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
