Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Scout to manage high-volume recruitment while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Source and guide candidates through the hiring process for various roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees across various industries
  • Familiarity with job boards and ATS systems
  • Metrics-driven and capable of managing high-volume recruitment
  • Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
