Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Preboarding Coordinator - 0.8 FTE (Limited Tenure).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment pre- and post-offer hire processes, including scheduling interviews and creating new hire paperwork
  • Engage with new hires to troubleshoot issues during the post-offer process and ensure all contingencies are met
  • Apply administrative expertise to manage a variety of tasks related to the recruitment of new staff
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma in an administrative field or a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in computer skills and technical office equipment
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures is helpful
