Key Responsibilities
  • Own and run full-cycle searches across various departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies and deliver strong candidate pipelines
  • Lead closing conversations and share market insights to inform talent strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in an agency setting
  • 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup
  • Proven success in independently managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and candidate closing
  • Prior experience in financial services or fintech is preferred
