Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• 2 years of professional experience in Recruiting, HR, Sales, or Client relationships
• Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for education requirements
• High volume recruiting experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and employment laws
