Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their HR team and enhance the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding
• Maintain employee records and support payroll processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with prior recruiting experience required
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus
• HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
