Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Build trust with business and HR stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
• Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates using various sourcing tools and networking strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
• Knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
