Key Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and management to promote positive employee and labor relations
• Support HR leadership with day-to-day employee management and compliance tasks
• Maintain employee records and generate reports for HR leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in HR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VlookUps)
• Experience with Workday HRIS
