Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data to derive insights and create summaries for leadership regarding team performance
• Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with cross-functional departments on strategic initiatives
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategic Operations
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively based on business needs
• Experience in stakeholder and project management to align cross-functional departments
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research
