Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery to various customer and pro subsets
• Assist with planning and execution of data analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Build reports and maintain Excel models to optimize cost and improve service metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
