Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Field Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Align field activities with marketing strategy and ensure execution efficiency
• Oversee Omnichannel efforts, account planning, and KPI tracking for performance insights
• Act as the primary field communicator, optimizing resource allocation and compliance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with a focus on sales force operations
• Prior experience in field leadership roles or field-based support roles required
• Established expertise in business analytics and resource management within a commercial pharmaceutical organization
• Ability to focus on priorities and resolve operational issues effectively
