Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or M.S. graduate degree strongly preferred
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management
• 10+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Experience in a matrixed and remote-first organization
