A company is looking for a Director of Strategy (Brand Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with clients and demonstrate how strategy drives business growth
• Lead brand and experience strategy, collaborating with creative, data, and project management teams
• Develop strategy deliverables and provide insights to help clients achieve ambitious outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading strategic brand initiatives in a digital product and design agency, consulting, or in-house role
• Experience with research and data insights, go-to-market plans, and developing digital or brand strategies
• Innovative and analytical thinker comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• Strong strategic planning and program management capabilities
• Healthcare and Pharma category experience is an asset
