Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to support various HR functions on a part-time, contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support the administration of engagement tools
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll support in collaboration with the PEO
• Support employee relations processes and ensure compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar field
• Proven success in remote work with minimal oversight
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and data visualization
• Familiarity with HR compliance topics, including LOA, ADA, and FMLA
