• Execute system administration functions including dashboard and report management
• Identify customization opportunities to enhance business applications and improve processes
• Provide design expertise and support for system enhancements and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in HR and technology, including 2+ years with Workday
• Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruiting and payroll
• Experience with HRIS system implementation and testing
• Expertise in MS Excel
