Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist who will administer various clients' Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) policies and perform clerical duties to support operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist associates with Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and guide them through the process
• Process all LOA paperwork according to established procedures and laws, and administer the FMLA policy
• Maintain compliance with standards and federal/state regulations while generating reports and maintaining files

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or a related field
• Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
• Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
• Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
