A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead experimental marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a channel testing budget and apply quantitative analysis to optimize performance
• Develop and own a digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap
• Analyze data to identify high-impact experiments and communicate results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on channel experimentation
• Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $1M or more
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of managing complex experiments and scaling customer acquisition channels
