Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize trial onboarding email flows to increase trial-to-paid conversion rates
• Design and implement in-app trial onboarding journeys to guide users through activation and adoption
• Monitor and analyze onboarding flows to identify friction points and enhance conversion performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise with Braze or similar email marketing platforms and in-app messaging tools like Appcues or Chameleon
• Strong understanding of user behavior and ability to craft personalized experiences
• Analytical skills with experience leveraging data to optimize performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
