Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disability Claims Examiner (Overpayment Recovery Specialist).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recovery of overpayments on Paid Leave, STD, and LTD claims
  • Perform recalculations of benefits and process incoming checks related to overpayments
  • Provide technical support for claims management and assist in training development for claim teams
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent education and experience in disability insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Disability Claims or Collections
  • Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing needs
  • Experience with collaborative negotiations and effective customer interactions
