Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetworX Provider Reimbursement and Content Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines direction and improvement actions for provider reimbursement applications
• Leads and mentors a team of Reimbursement Analysts, providing performance feedback and training
• Ensures governance and quality processes are in place to maintain accuracy in applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in NetworX and 5 years in Optum PPS
• 5 years of experience interpreting complex contract language specific to provider reimbursement
• 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 3 years of extensive knowledge in claims processing and billing
