Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and operations of care centers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care
• Implement best practices and monitor patient satisfaction to drive service improvements
• Provide training and support for care center management and lead staff development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite practice management
• Experience in business development and revenue growth
• Ability to manage multi-site profit and loss effectively
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA)
