• Develop pre-season sales and inventory plans aligned with financial targets

• Lead the Retail Inventory Planning team and manage reporting on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, economics, or operations management
• 6+ years of experience in planning, finance, or supply chain analysis
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of financial measurements impacting inventory metrics
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and planning software
