Senior Compensation Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Variable Compensation Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly/quarterly variable compensation process for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams
• Interface with leadership to ensure accuracy of transactional data prior to commission processing
• Generate reports and analyses on commission payments and plan effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Variable Compensation plan management
• 2+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience with Xactly or other Incent Compensation Management tools preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and management
