Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter (Temp - 6 month Assignment).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to define role requirements and consult on hiring practices
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting for Advanced Practice Providers
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in clinical or healthcare recruiting
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced healthcare start-up is preferred
