Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies and candidate profiles
• Maintain candidate pipelines and document recruitment status reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
• Ability to assess candidates effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
