A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist who is passionate about executing foundational People programs across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding workflows and facilitate new hire orientation
• Administer benefits processes and maintain accurate HRIS data entry
• Respond to employee inquiries and support international EOR employees with leave coordination

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, Benefits, or related HR coordination roles
• Proficiency in Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with benefits systems and LOA administration
• Familiarity with global EOR vendors and international employment nuances
• Strong task management skills using Slack, Jira, and G Suite
