Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
• Proven success in building and scaling RevOps infrastructure
• Strong command of sales technology systems and analytics tools
• Experience in developing strategic initiatives such as compensation planning and territory design
• Ability to create reporting frameworks and dashboards for metrics and analysis
