Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the go-to-market strategy for vertical sales
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on priority verticals
• Set and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while optimizing sales analytics and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing technology, particularly in programmatic advertising
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
• Experience launching new verticals or go-to-market motions in Ecommerce and B2B sectors
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Operational experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics
