Remote Transactional Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Traditional Transactional Paralegal to handle corporate restructuring tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update service lists for key stakeholders and special parties
• Prepare and manage legal documentation, including Schedules of Assets and Liabilities
• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and external professionals for service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year prior paralegal experience in any practice area
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to pass the Power User Excel 2019 test
• No law school plans
• Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
