A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - New Jersey).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey
• Experience in litigation or insurance defense preferred
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
