Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to support its Legal Department in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Legal team members with corporate, product, privacy, and litigation work as needed
• Support the management and resolution of property-related disputes and regulatory matters
• Identify, develop, implement, and continuously improve new scalable legal processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a legal operations, paralegal, or project management role
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Ability and willingness to learn new software programs and tooling
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and developing creative processes
