Key Responsibilities

• Monitor process compliance and identify areas for improvement

• Conduct reviews of processes and training materials to identify opportunities for enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a relevant field
• Understanding of healthcare compliance systems and regulations in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with HCP engagement technology and compliance frameworks
• Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance roles
• Experience developing procedural documents and training materials in a regulated environment
