• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers over the phone
• Maintain a consistent presence at the desk during shifts, handling back-to-back calls

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
• Completion of a background check is required
