Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain and document accurate demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and perform the check-in process, including collecting co-pays
• Manage daily worklists, assist in training staff, and provide proactive financial estimates to patients

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare revenue cycle
• Proficiency in EPIC, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer programs
• Experience with patient collections in a medical setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Post-secondary education preferred
