Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Representative, Billing (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high call volume, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients and healthcare providers
  • Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, and payment options
  • Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior healthcare experience, especially in medical billing and collections, is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interpret insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is preferred
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
