• Track candidate progress and provide timely updates to Pillar Leads and Hiring Managers
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting of recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
• Experience using Oracle or similar HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS)
• Ability to coordinate tasks and interviews
