Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation trends and ensure competitiveness within the industry
  • Perform job evaluations and market pricing assessments to establish appropriate compensation levels
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and support the annual compensation cycle administration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems, including Excel
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures and market pricing
  • Working knowledge of Workday and experience with Payfactors is desirable
