Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Administrator 2 to support the Resilience East Project Management community and finance team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial status reports and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Facilitate invoicing, cost transfers, and project setups while ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Coordinate accounts receivable and payable tasks, ensuring accounting compliance and project closeout

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft desktop applications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with client contracts and billing in a service-related industry
• Experience with Oracle software
