Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager (fluent in Chinese and English) to work remotely in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong client relationships and clear communication
• Manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account and project management
• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Oracle or Lectra Centrix
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection
