Support the Operations Team by providing administrative and clerical assistance to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and address correspondence on behalf of the teams
Assist in preparing meeting materials, maintaining client information in the CRM, and supporting external client audits
Required Qualifications
Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare providers or in the healthcare segment
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or as an administrative assistant
General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
Must have achieved a High School Diploma or GED
