Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of account managers focused on retention and growth targets
• Lead with a people-first mindset, developing talent through coaching
• Set strategic direction for the team while engaging directly with reps on deal strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams or 5+ years in a player/coach role with revenue goals
• Experience navigating go-to-market transformations and building adaptive commercial strategies
• Proven ability to grow and lead sales teams with accountability to quotas and KPIs
• Data-driven and analytical with strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
