Strategic Account Manager - Medicaid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Government Programs (Medicare / Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client experience and lead data-driven conversations for Medicare, DSNP, and Medicaid
• Serve as the ongoing client liaison and thought partner for assigned accounts
• Lead client implementations and oversee performance measures and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in healthcare
• Experience managing accounts with $500K+ ACV
• Hands-on experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, or Medicaid programs
